Shipping

Small items and small orders within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail. All larger items or shipment to non-UK addresses will be dispatched by courier which could take between 2-5 days depending on your location.

Faulty Items

Please tell us immediately if you receive a faulty item; we will either replace or repair the item in question. All our products come with a full 12 month warranty.

Returns Policy

In the event that you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 days of the despatch date, as long as the item is unused and in the original packaging.

To change or cancel an order

It’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. We use an automated system which immediately processes all orders. Should you wish to change any details of your order, please contact us. How to return unwanted goods

To return goods, please contact us first on UK+44 (0) 1581 400244 or email us for a returns authorisation together with your purchase details and we will then contact you with return details. When returning your goods, please securely package them to avoid damage and include the delivery note. We will credit the refund to your payment card account within 10 days of receiving the returned item. We cannot accept liability for goods that get damaged or lost and ask that you return your item using a signed for or tracked service. A proof of postage receipt will not be accepted.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not and want to return the product to us, you may do so following the instructions above.

Condition of returns

It's important that returned items are kept in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care and keep all the packaging.

Products that we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange

Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on :

  • Made to order (bespoke items) 

What cards can I use to pay for my order?

We accept the following cards: Mastercard / Eurocard; Visa/Delta/Electron; Discover; American Express; UK Maestro. We do not store credit card details and we never share customer details with third parties.
